Introduction to Hatha Yoga at Stephens House and Gardens

Tues, 9th,16th, 23rd, 30th January 9.30 – 10.30
This 1 hour per week for 4 week course, will give you an introduction into some basic yoga poses. Concentrating on healthy alignment and breathing to help you to improve your posture, core strength, flexibility and general wellbeing. Instruction in meditation and relaxation will naturally be incorporated into these friendly group sessions.
All proceeds from the course will be donated to the support the House & Gardens.
